All orders are processed and shipped from our international warehouse . During periods of high demand (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Order Processing
- We process orders from Monday to Friday .
- The processing time is between 3 and 10 business days from the date of purchase.
- The shipment is made the day after processing is completed.
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Important: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled . If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Changes cannot be made once it has been processed.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, the estimated shipping times according to destination are as follows:
- Spain and Europe : 7–14 business days
- United States : 7–15 business days
- Canada : 7–16 business days
- Central America : 10–25 business days
- Australia and New Zealand : 10–26 business days
- Rest of the world : 11–30 business days
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 40 business days due to customs, weather, or logistical situations beyond our control.
Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment in real time .
Delays or Incidents
Although we strive to meet the stated deadlines, external factors such as COVID-19 restrictions, customs controls, or peak seasons may cause delays.
